•Skill: work execution; human resources; statutory or regulatory compliance; network asset management; finance and commercial; network operations; appropriate drivers license

•PROVIDE ENGINEERING SURVEY TECHNICAL SERVICES
•ENSURE ENGINEERING SURVEY TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE
•SUPERVISION AND TEAM LEADERSHIP FOR THE SUB SECTION
•FACILITATE EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT
•ENSURE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE FOR THE SUB SECTION
•PERFORM SAFETY AND RISK MANAGEMENT AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
•PROVIDE STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SERVICE
