• Manage and take responsibility for the safety of plant and personnel under normal and abnormal conditions.

• Issue operating instructions for the loading, deloading of plant, control of the power flow, frequency and voltage.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and real-time quality of supply.
• Perform real time network management optimisation and restoration through the Network Management System.
• Undergo on job training
