Required Qualifications
• Artisan (dry trade): Trade certificate at NQF4 with 120 credits
Related Minimum Experience: • Distribution network operating and maintenance.
• Completed practical training.
Skills and Competencies
• Behavioral: integrity, customer centricity, professionalism, results orientation.
• Leadership: coaching, mentoring, develop teams, working in a team towards common goal, lead and empower team.
• Knowledge: Eskom standards, procedures, directives, and guidelines. ERS, single phase tester, crane operating, auger drill and rock drill operating. Operating regulations for high voltage systems outcome 6, low and high voltage systems up to 132kv.
• Basic workshop
• Meter Worker Certification
