Key Responsibilities

•Provision of demand based business intelligence support function to Strategy and Planning
•Identification and analysis of key driving forces affecting Eskom’s internal and external business environment to support key Strategy and Planning related decision making processes
•Communication of business intelligence analysis and findings to stakeholders
•Developing / optimising process to implement and disseminate information
•Implementation and management of required knowledge management databases and dashboards
•Develop and implement a structured problem solving and decision making methodology, tools and techniques in the department
