Qualification(s): • Relevant Qualification in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction management or Quantity Surveying.
• Project Management will be an added advantage.
Experience: • At least 5years in a management role related to Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Construction projects with operational experience and background.
• Should be able to show Technical, Programming and Planning ability.
• Must have experience in managing turnover / demonstrate project profitability.

• Ability to write reports (clear and unambiguous written Verbal and non-verbal communication
• Ability to negotiate, facilitate and facilitate interactions with the employees, clients and third party.
• Computer Skills (MS Professional, Outlook, Primavera, SAP etc)
• South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP Registration).

Knowledge: • Technical knowledge and experience within Electrical/Civil, and or construction industry
• Legislative acts (basic condition of employment Act, Labour relations Act, Employment Equity Act, skills development Act, OHSA, PFMA and Corporate Governance, Construction Regulations and Compensation for Occupational Injuries & diseases’ etc)
• Knowledge and experience of Powerlines construction and refurbishment
