Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and monitor the implementation of strategic plans, standards and procedures, good practices in line with Eskom and Eskom Real Estate (ERE) policies and national legislation.
•Manage ERE operations (i.e., commercial, industrial, residential, and commercial farms, conservation sites, social community footprint portfolios) in an effective and efficient manner in specific areas.
•Manage the Eskom Real Estate facilities and land according to and take full responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), environmental and integrated risk management requirements.
